Do you have a complaint? We wish to provide you with the best care and personal attention. Mutual trust therefore is extremely important.
Despite our best intentions however, it can happen that you feel that you were handled improperly or without sufficient care. If you are not satisfied or have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. We invite you to discuss the matter with us in confidence.
Please make an appointment with your doctor to explain the situation. Often, this alone resolves many issues.

You can also fill in a complaint form. You can find this form under “Documents”. Hand the completed form to an assistant or email it and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Complaints Committee General Practitioners Amsterdam
If we are unable to come to a mutually acceptable solution, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee, Huisartsenkring Amsterdam (HKA), to which our practice is affiliated. There are no costs associated with the complaints procedure.
